Ingredients
- 250g cups butter
- 1 1/2 cups raw caster sugar
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups plain gluten free flour
- 6 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 zucchini shredded
Method
- Preheat oven to 160C
- Grease 23 cm x 30 cm pan
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in the eggs.
- Add milk and vanilla and sifted dry ingredients.Stir
- Stir in zucchini.
- Bake at 160C for 40-45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes
- Turn out onto rack and allow to cool completely
